To celebrate the launch of my new NixCpics website, I find it fitting to focus on wellness for the first blog. If you look at a plant, a blooming flower, a perched bird or a fluttering butterfly, you will find yourself witnessing nature’s miracles. You are most likely to find happiness as you admire God’s creation. Find your happy place and connect with the beauty that surrounds you. Congratulations, you have now created your own wellness space! It is important to maintain your overall good health which makes you better able to function in all aspects of your life. Nature can heal the mind, body and spirit.
Wellness can be achieved by self-care and self-love. Everything that you do, every thought that you have and every action that you take can have an impact on your life. Burnout can cause you to feel drained and deplete your physical, mental and spiritual energy. It is necessary to take the time to find joy in the things that you do and recognize the signs to avoid heading in that direction. Sometimes it’s the simple little things that bring you joy.
