Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping is FREE for purchases of $100 or more.

Flat Rate shipping cost is $10.00 for purchases less than $100.

Worldwide Shipping is currently not available.


We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned and our goal is to have happy customers.  Please inspect your order upon receipt of your item (s) and contact us immediately to report any issue.

I wish we have control over the handling process but once the order is shipped to you, we do not have control over the delivery process because sometimes packages get thrown or squeezed. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there is any defect or damages to your product so we can have this issue resolved as soon as possible.  We want you to be very happy with your purchase and your feedback is appreciated.  Our goal is to always have satisfied customers. 1. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item (s) to request a return.

2. You must have proof of purchase before your item is eligible for return.

3. All items MUST be in the same condition as you receive it. It must be in its original packaging, not be worn, not used and have the tag attached, where applicable.

If you are not satisfied with your product upon delivery, exchange or store credit is an option. You can use your credit within 60 days of the date of approval. After 28 days, your items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once the return is accepted, the quickest way is to make another purchase for the new item.

You will be notified of your return as soon as it is received and approved after inspection. You will be refunded on your original form of payment method. The processing of your refund may be based on your bank’s or credit card company’s policy.
